Kelly obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and holds the Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Investment Manager, and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designations.
Prior to joining JV Financial in 2005, Kelly advised high-net-worth clients at a national financial planning firm. His proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships has been a driving force in JV’s long-term success. Kelly focuses on portfolio construction and investment planning while working with clients to achieve the goals identified in their financial plans. His direct and practical approach is appreciated by clients while they navigate through complex financial decisions.
The most interesting thing about Kelly is that he grew up on a farm in west-central Alberta—plenty of tractor driving and grain shoveling!
Kelly lives in Edmonton with his wife, daughter, and son. His personal interests include mountain biking, skiing, and travel.
